This week, QPS students donated $325 to Unidos Por Puerto Rico. This is money they raised from weekly bake sales, and it brings the total amount raised and donated by our students since November to $1125. Not bad for the little school that could.
Students made this their donation focus after Hurricane Maria tore through the Caribbean. They learned about how bad the conditions were, and still are for many people, and were unanimous in their decision. You can read about the current situation here.
